Facilitator: Pat Spadafora, of Kaleidoscope Consulting, founder and former Director of the Centre for Elder Research, applied research at Sheridan College. Pat’s expertise and interests include promoting positive images of aging, senior entrepreneurship, employment and supporting older workers.
